Every year to celebrate his wedding anniversary Yu will personally handcraft a new wedding ring from a different material with a different process. Making it in Silver
Having handcrafted rings with wood, glass, fabrics, and ceramics in the past Yu decided to make this one in silver. Yu signed up for the DIY Wedding Ring Workshop where he was coached through the process of hand fabricating a classic style wedding ring using traditional jewelry-making techniques.
Making it Happen
The wedding band workshop started in the morning and by the afternoon Yu had been successfully coached to make a wedding band that looked professionally made. He applied a traditional high polish to the exterior and had a special message engraved into the inside of the ring.
