We recommend starting your planning process a few weeks in advance for the best appointment availability.
What if I make a mistake, can I start over?
You will be coached by a professional jeweler throughout the ring-making process from start to finish. If you do make a mistake, we will do whatever it takes to fix it and make sure you leave with a ring you love.
How long are the workshops?
Most workshops last 4-6 hours depending on your desired level of finish and pace of work.
How can I figure my ring size?
There are many ways to find out your ring size. For a more accurate measurement, we can send you a disposable ring sizing tool.

What is the rescheduling and cancellation policy?
