These terms govern participation in the LaProng Jewelers Referral Partner Program. By accepting an invitation, creating a partner account, or using a LaProng referral code or link, you agree to them. They are written to be readable — if anything here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.
Section 1Eligibility
Participation is by invitation only. Partners must be an operating business in the Dallas–Fort Worth area whose work brings them into contact with engaged couples — including wedding and proposal planners, photographers, venues, bridal boutiques, and hotel concierges.
LaProng may decline an application, or end a partnership, at any time and for any reason. If a partnership ends, commission already confirmed on completed bookings will still be paid.
Section 2Commission
Partners earn a flat $150 per qualifying booking — the same amount whether the booking is an engagement ring package or a wedding ring set.
Qualifying bookings are complete workshop packages that include materials. The $695 silver package, gift certificates that cover coaching only without materials, and loose stones purchased on their own do not earn commission. The current list of qualifying products is available on request and may change with notice.
There is no cost to participate, no minimum volume, no quota, and no exclusivity. Partners are free to recommend any other jeweler at the same time.
Section 3How a referral qualifies
A booking qualifies for commission when either of the following is true:
- The partner's named referral code is used at checkout; or
- The order is placed within 60 days of a click on the partner's tracking link.
Where both could apply, the code governs. Where two partners could each claim the same booking, the code used at checkout wins; if no code was used, the most recent tracked click wins.
Section 4Confirmation and payment
Commission is confirmed once the order reaches completed status and the workshop session has taken place. Bookings that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back do not earn commission, and commission already credited on such an order will be reversed.
Payouts are issued through the partner dashboard at laprong.goaffpro.com, where partners can see clicks, bookings, and confirmed commission at any time.
Section 5Self-referral
Partners may not earn commission on their own purchases, or on purchases by their own business. Referrals should be genuine third-party couples.
Section 6Conduct
To keep the program clean and protect both sides, partners may not:
- Bid on LaProng brand terms in paid search, or run ads that could be mistaken for LaProng's own;
- Post referral codes to coupon sites, deal forums, discount aggregators, or cashback services;
- Represent themselves as LaProng, or as speaking on LaProng's behalf;
- Make claims about pricing, materials, timelines, or outcomes that LaProng has not published;
- Use spam email, automated messaging, or purchased contact lists to distribute their code.
Partners are welcome — encouraged, in fact — to describe the workshop in their own words, share their own photos from a visit, and include LaProng on preferred-vendor lists.
Section 7Relationship of the parties
Partners are independent businesses. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship, and neither party may bind the other.
Section 8Tax
Partners are responsible for their own taxes. U.S. partners who earn $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed Form W-9 and will be issued a Form 1099. Commission may be withheld until a valid W-9 is on file.
Section 9Changes to the program
LaProng may change the commission amount, the list of qualifying products, or these terms with 30 days' notice to active partners. Bookings already tracked before a change takes effect are honored at the prior rate. LaProng may also suspend or close the program entirely with 30 days' notice, subject to paying commission already confirmed.
Section 10Privacy
Information partners provide is used to operate the program — setting up accounts, tracking referrals, and issuing payment. It is not sold or shared for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Section 11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
