Engagement Ring Workshop

Craft your own custom made engagement ring in this hands-on DIY Engagement Ring Workshop!

In the Engagement Ring Workshop, you start with a design consultation where we discuss your vision for the perfect ring. Understanding your style, budget, and timeline are important factors that will help us, help you make your engagement ring look professionally made. However, you can proudly say your engagement ring was custom made and handcrafted with love!

Choose your color from white, yellow, or rose gold in either 18K or 14K, along with your choice of texture and finish to create a completely custom ring. Next, you will choose from a variety of setting options in our online catalog that will be the mount for your center stone. Your choice of mounting, together with your custom made ring will make your engagement ring completely unique.  Although a diamond is the most traditional center stone choice, you can set any type of stone you like, such as a sapphire or ruby. We offer a large selection of stones including GIA certified, conflict-free diamonds and other gemstones.

Once you make the base of your ring, you will then mount the setting, AKA the head to the ring you made. Although this does require a steady hand and some patience, we use a straightforward mounting process to allow you an opportunity to do it yourself. Once the head is mounted onto the engagement ring, the next step is to set your stone! This process isn’t as straightforward as making the ring yourself and will require professional setting, but can often be done within a few days. Additional embellishments such as engraving can also be added inside the ring for further personalization.

The total time to complete this workshop will vary based on design but will take approximately 7 to 8 hours. The cost for you to hand craft your own engagement ring will vary based on the materials you choose to use, in addition to the Engagement Ring Workshop fee. Click here to book a free consultation to learn more about the process and how pricing works. Below are a few sample images of options and only intended to offer you an idea of what you can make.
